COMMUNICATION

Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (GMT-4).
We send our clients regular email updates throughout a project, usually a couple times per week. In addition to regular emails, we like to schedule periodic phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings to get a clients feedback and ensure we have all the information we need to do our jobs successfully.
